All horseback safaris are accompanied by two or more guides and a range of safe, calm and well-schooled horses are available to suit any level of rider experience.

Riding groups have the opportunity to temporarily separate at certain points on the safari allowing more experienced riders to ride at a more advanced pace and those not so confident to stay within their comfort zone.
Later relax at your hotel or have a tour of Jinja at night and experience the sounds of this calm city.

Day Three

White water rafting

After breakfast transfer from the hotel to starting point for your full day white water rafting.

This is a full day activity of 31km for the most exciting, heart–pounding experience white water rafting with stop over for lunch on private mid-river Island, barbeque and complimentary beer/sodas after the trip.

Choose to raft in the paddle-powered boats for one of the wildest raft rides on the planet, or opt to be rowed downstream by our professional guides in the safety raft.

There are safety rafts and kayakers, a photographer and video-kayaker that record videos for your viewing at the end of the safari (you can buy a copy if interested).

High-flotation life jackets, helmets, spray jackets and custom-made rafting equipment are provided. No rafting or swimming experience is necessary.

Day Four

After breakfast transfer from the Lodge to the source of the Nile in Jinja. River Nile is the longest river in Africa with Lake Victoria as its source. The river starts its 6,500km journey to the Mediterranean Sea (Egypt) beside Jinja town (Uganda) and holds the Owen Falls Dam the source of hydroelectricity for Uganda with one other dam constructed recently.

A tour to the Nile will take you through another life of adventure.
